A more sustainable and uniform alternative to milled, micrometer-length carbon fiber

Ultra short precision chopped carbon fibers are used to enhance thermal and electrical conductivity. They may be used in solid or liquid composite applications. We can support any custom chop length ranging from 0.15 mm to 8 mm (including standard SI lengths of 0.25, 0.5, and 1 mm), as well as imperial units of 1/32” and 1/16”. Standard products are processed from epoxy sized standard modulus carbon fiber. Intermediate modulus carbon fiber and/or modified sizings may be utilized on a custom basis for tailored needs.
